Okay, so John Elway isn’t a ‘Jedi Master’ but here at Eye on Sports, we believe the Hall of Fame quarterback can still do just about anything besides wield a light saber. Having said that NFL fans; I just want to ask gridiron lovers everywhere one question. How smart was Elway for just telling Tebow to ‘pull the trigger’ earlier in the week leading up to the biggest NFL game to date for the young signal-caller?
Absolutely ingenious I say.
Clearly, Tebow – and head coach John Fox – took Elway’s sage advice to heart – and installed a surprising passing attack to match their beliefs – even though they were facing arguably the league’s best defense this season.
