The People have spoken on Bobby Valentine!

Okay Eye On Sports baseball fans, if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times.

The majority of Eye On Sports voters think Bobby
Valentine will be fired at some point either
during this season or after.
Karma’s a bi**h!

By now, MLB followers everywhere all know the Boston Red Sox are in the midst of drama-filled, season that only looks like it’s going to get worse moving forward. However, if you think like the majority of voters that replied to my latest MLB poll, apparently it won’t be much longer for manager Bobby Valentine.

When asked how long will it be before the Red Sox fire Valentine, the majority of voters agreed with my feelings that it will most likely be a one-and-done season for the often controversial Bobby V.

35 percent of voters believe Valentine will get the ax by this season’s all-star break while a nearly identical 34 percent believe his firing will come at the end of the regular season.

Six percent of the voters believe Valentine will get the ax by next season’s all-star break while another five percent think he’ll be gone by the conclusion of the 2013 regular season.

However, it was the 18 percent of voters who answered ,’Please God, now’ that win this week’s Eye On Sports Spotlight award! Anytime you’re praying to God to help you’re team, clearly you’re quite desperate and need all of the support you can get.

My vote, says Valentine will be gone by season’s end, though I really, really support the ‘Please God, now’ voters!
