If I’ve said it once this season, I’ve said it a thousand times … the Indianapolis Colts have taken on the role of arguably the league’s strangest franchise this season.
First Jim Caldwell shows all of America that he’s clueless without Peyton Manning while the team’s defense acts like its non-existent because Manning can’t play.
Now, after dropping 13 straight games, the Colts want to play ‘hard’ and win their last two contests, thereby, putting themselves in jeopardy of not getting the No. 1 draft pick – and the right to select overall consensus No.1 pick, quarterback Andrew Luck.
Hmmm, let’s see. The last time the Colts had the No. 1 overall pick, they added future Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning. Now, they don’t care if they get the top overall pick?
Talk about lunacy out of the front office, poor head coaching and a lack of effort until recently – and you must be talking about the 2011 version of the Indianapolis Colts.
