Tellin’ It Like It T-I Tis!

Big ‘ups’ to Boise State Broncos head coach Chris Petersen who told the world how he really felt about the nonsensical BCS bowl game system on Monday by telling reporters,  "everybody is just tired" of the system.
The seventh-ranked Broncos went 11-1 this season, losing their only game of the season when kicker Dan Goodale missed a 39-yard field as time expired in a 36-35 loss to TCU on Nov. 12.

Still, the title-contending Broncos got the big d**k from the BCS bowl committee when they left out of the BCS for the fourth time in the last eight years despite being one of the very best college football programs in the nation during the near-decade span.

The Broncos were left out of a BCS bowl game this season while lower ranked teams like No. 11 Virginia Tech (11-2) and No. 13 Michigan (10-2) got BCS games. In the case of Virginia Tech, the Hokies did not beat a team ranked in the Top 25 this season.

"Everybody is just very tired of the BCS," Petersen said. "I think that's the bottom line. Everybody is frustrated. Everybody doesn't really know what to do anymore. It doesn't make sense to anybody. I don't think anybody is happy anywhere."

"The whole thing needs to be changed, there's no question about it and I think (change) is coming, I really do,” Petersen added.

I agree with Petersen wholeheartedly and I’ll just say that anyone that thinks this voting nonsense is the best way to decide which teams get to play in the national title game has got rocks in their head.
